Tantra is a sacred, spiritual and ritualistic energetically based form of bodywork designed to be a holistic and sensual experience that combines physical touch with spiritual and emotional connection. During the tantric experience, dopamine and oxytocin are organically released. 

Tantric bodywork has the ability to touch us far beyond the physical body because it utilizes powerful forms of energy engaging with the body (physical body, mind, soul, spirit) as a whole. It is a sophisticated, therapeutic and healing form of bodywork. It has the ability to eliminate physical, sexual, energetic, emotional, mental blockages to clear away anything that isn’t our authentic self and restore us to our highest form of being. Tantra is an ancient practice in which the human body is regarded as a temple, worthy of worship, sacred admiration and intense pleasure beyond imagination. Tantra bodywork is a whole body experience, it is a fundamental and universal law. Everything is connected, therefore, if there’s any tension, blockage and/or imbalance in any part of the body, the body as a whole will be affected. Tantra involves meditation, massage, energy work, chakra balancing, love and surrendering to simply flowing. The purpose is to organically bring the receiver to an ecstatic state of being by activating the energy flow for healing and spiritual awakening. 

The experience begins with the receiver completely surrendering to simply experience in conjunction with meditation to bring the receiver to a deep state of relaxation, calmness and heightened awareness of the body, mind, soul, spirit. By doing this, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated and the body can turn on its innate healing mechanisms. Subsequently, physical tissues are massaged and key points are pressed to release energy and direct it in a precise way. The 7 chakras are energized, activated and aroused. The energy channels will be cleaned and cleared and energy will start to flow freely throughout our whole being. Tantra therapy touches the soul on a very deep level and awakens the spirit, it is more than a superficial form of bodywork. Authentic tantric therapy also awakens the sexual energy, retains it within the body and disperses and channels it through our entire being. As our body responds energetically a whole body spiritual energy orgasm can be induced. Be aware that this experience is very divine, sublime and extremely healing. It is NOT an explicit sexual experience.
